The head and the pump might be blocked or corroded. You may change new head for every three months.

Epson printer will print slower little by little, we cannot solve this problem in China, Chinese are not good at producing printer.

We do not accept sales return after you pour into the ink. You should consider it very well. if the problem is man-made by user, the double fares is on user.

you should pay attention to shake the UV white ink the next day, then press the drop button to wash the nozzle three times. If you stop the printer more than one hour, you should press the drop button once to wash the nozzle before print. If the temperature is low, the UV ink is not so easy to print, so we hope you to keep the temperature of the room more than 20 degrees centigrade.

Delivery details

1.All items will be dispatched within 2-3 days .

2.After your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number and also the tracking number will be added to your eBay order for you to track.

3.If your product has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. Once the parcel was confirmed as lost by the post office/couriers after 14 working days waiting, a new item will be sent out or we will refund you full money.

4.Please note that we cannot ship to a PO Box. We recommend that you leave us with your physical address.
