We will ship by express, DHL/Fedex/UPS, about 6-9 days shipping.

2/For EU/UK buyers:

ACHI UV DTF printer will be delivered to your door from EU warehouse, NO TAX, about 3-10 days.

If out of EU stock , The shipping time should wait 38-40 days

Important notice :

30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, If the machine has not been filled with ink and is returned within a week in its original packaging, it can be returned.

If ink has been added and still insist to return the printer , Customer must clean the printer and drain the ink,use a moisturizer to fill 2 nozzles.

No proper pictures for clean and moisturizer ,and proper packaging, No refund!

30 day return will not apply if machine is extremely damaged due to neglect

1 Does UVDTF printer used to T shirt or clothes ?

The UV DTF printer is not stable for clothes , because Clothes is not a smooth surface, meanwhile it has a lot of small holes, which makes the stickers fall off very easily.

For clothes, The DTF printer is better option.

2 How much does printing cost? How much are the consumable ink and film paper?

Approximtely US$14-US$15 per 333cm(L)*30cm(W), Our store provide cost effective ink and film paper , Do not worry .

3 Do you have samples available?

Yes, The sample printing service can be provided , Can you provide photos of sample?

4 What is maximum width of printing ?

The maximum Width of printing is 30cm , If want print wider photo , suggest you 6090 model , maximum width is 60cm.

5 Does this come with everything we need including RIP software?

There are two softwares for your work , One RIIN software for exchange format and color of files.And other one RIPprinte help you to finish printing work .

6 Do you have a way for us to order replacement heads?

ACHI online store not only supply printer ,but also provide acessories , such as ink , printer head , waste ink pump and so on

7 how long does it take to arrive in the US?

The printer is in stock , and 5-7 days to US delivery address

8 how long do samples take to arrive?

The sample is able to be printed within 2 days , It can be shipped together with the printer .

Sorry , only support Windows system at present .

Do not worry,Only color difference. Red color printer was customized by other sole distributor.
Meanwhile , Except for color difference , All other functions are same. So Instructions of red color printer is competely suitable for yellow printer , Do not worry.

Warranty Registration

All parts and services of registered orders have a 36-month warranty since purchased date, as long as the ink, consumables and software are from ACHI ( free print head replacement within 3 months)

After-sales policy:

1.Warranty period of 3 years. Parts in contact with ink (or damaged due to ink) are not covered by the warranty (print head, waste ink pump, ink tube, ink cartridge). If the main board is burnt out, it needs to be sent back for repair, and there will be a charge if not returned;

2.Within one month after the customer receives the goods, if other parts are damaged, we are responsible for sending the parts free of charge (including bearing the shipping cost);

3.If the customer feedbacks other damaged parts one month after receiving the goods, we will still bear the cost of replacing the parts and provide online after-sales service, but the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer;

4.If the machine has not been filled with ink and is returned within a week in its original packaging, it can be returned.
