Shipping policy
ACHI printer offers free shipping for all products to USA ,European ,Canada.
For other countries, This shipment cost need to be checked by delivery address or post code .
The buyer is responsible for the correct delivery address when making a purchase. If the shipment goes wrong due to a fault made by the buyer, ACHI printer is not responsible for (partial) loss of the order. If we need additional details to send the package, we will approach the buyer for this. This can lead to a delay of the shipment.
ACHI printer will make every effort to deliver the order within the expected delivery period to the delivery address. ACHI printer carries the risk of loss or damage of the shipment until the package has been delivered, unless otherwise agreed.
When the buyer receives a product that they have not ordered, they should inform ACHI printer of this as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receipt of the order) by e-mail. The buyer will arrange for the return of the product after consultation and will be reimbursed for the costs.
The buyer can send the product back 14 days after delivery without a special reason. He will be refunded the purchase amount. The return costs are not reimbursed.
If the buyer receives a damaged or incomplete product, they should contact the ACHI printer customer service as soon as possible. This can be done via sales02@chinacnczone.com or in response to the information that the customer has already received from us. We will then decide how the matter will be dealt with. In most cases you will receive a new product immediately, but you may also need to return the watch first. If the customer returns the product without first contacting, they can not reclaim the costs incurred at ACHI printer .
If the order has been lost during transport or if the buyer claims not to have received the order (even if this appears from the tracking information), an investigation procedure will start at the carrier Post. In order to keep customer satisfaction high, ACHI printer will provide a suitable solution for the customer as quickly as possible. Usually we first wait for this investigation procedure and then a new product will be sent or the purchase price will be refunded. Both the customer and ACHI printer must fully cooperate with the carrier.
If a shipment has not yet been delivered to the buyer’s delivery address within the estimated days after the shipping date, due to a delay, the buyer is required to contact ACHI printer first before taking any further steps. ACHI printer will look into the tracking of the shipment and investigate the current status.

Other Countries – 7 to 12 business days
The above shipping times are estimates and depend on country and location. ACHI printer will send the order the same day, if you order before 4:00 PM on Monday to Friday. An order for a remote area also often takes longer than, for example, New York. This expected delivery time is indicated in working days.
