Important notice :
30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, If the machine has not been filled with ink and is returned within a week in its original packaging, it can be returned.
If ink has been added and still insist to return the printer , Customer must clean the printer and drain the ink,use a moisturizer to fill 2 nozzles.
No proper pictures for clean and moisturizer ,and proper packaging, No refund!
30 day return will not apply if machine is extremely damaged due to neglect
For example , If Print head scratch film paper or working table , The nozzle photos must be provided before return.
That is another one of two key notice before returns
This will help to prevent any further damage to the printer during shipping.
To make this process easier, we recommend that you contact our engineers for assistance.
They can guide you through the process of cleaning the printer and using a moisturizer to protect it before shipment.
Once the printer has been cleaned and drained, please repack it carefully and return it to us.
If you prefer not to go through this process, we completely understand. and we would be happy to help you find other brand printers.

Engineers can assist you with software installation and AB film installation through TeamViewer，ToDesk or Anydesk.
Please note that printers are devices with a slightly higher failure rate than others.
If you experience any issues with your printer, we kindly ask for your patience as our engineers work to troubleshoot the problem with you.
If you prefer not to use TeamViewer or Anydesk for remote online control support, we completely understand and respect your decision.
However, we may not be able to provide the same level of assistance without these tools.
Especially , When install software , The Anti-virus software maybe need to uninstall.
If you prefer not to uninstall Anti-virus software , we completely understand and respect your decision.
In such cases, we suggest trying a different brand of printer for testing purposes before making a final decision.

1 Does UVDTF printer used to T shirt or clothes ?
The UV DTF printer is not stable for clothes , because Clothes is not a smooth surface, meanwhile it has a lot of small holes, which makes the stickers fall off very easily.
For clothes, The DTF printer is better option.
Sorry , only support Windows system at present .
Desktop Computer or Laptop need two USB port at least , If not , Customer need to prepare a USB extender device.

12 sticky glue residue or not
For sticky glue residue, we confirm 100% absolutely no sticky glue residue.
Meanwhile , Except for color difference , All other functions are same. So Instructions of red color printer is competely suitable for yellow printer , Do not worry.
Warranty Registration
All parts and services of registered orders have a 36-month warranty since purchased date, as long as the ink, consumables and software are from ACHI ( free print head replacement within 3 months)
After-sales policy:
1.Warranty period of 3 years. Parts in contact with ink (or damaged due to ink) are not covered by the warranty (print head, waste ink pump, ink tube, ink cartridge). If the main board is burnt out, it needs to be sent back for repair, and there will be a charge if not returned;
2.Within one month after the customer receives the goods, if other parts are damaged, we are responsible for sending the parts free of charge (including bearing the shipping cost);
3.If the customer feedbacks other damaged parts one month after receiving the goods, we will still bear the cost of replacing the parts and provide online after-sales service, but the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer;
4.If the machine has not been filled with ink and is returned within a week in its original packaging, it can be returned.
