NOTE:
Universal cleaning liquid for UV/DTF printers is suitable for repairing printer nozzles by dissolving crystals when the printer nozzles are slightly clogged.
This product cannot be used to clean and repair solvent ink, water-based ink nozzles, and hot bubble nozzles.
HOW TO USE Cleaning Liquid ?
Firstly , Use Cleaning Liquid for daily maintenance.
Using cleaning cotton swab to dip some cleaning liquid to clean the bottom of the nozzle.
Secondly , Nozzle injection using Moisturizer kits .
If want to on vacation more than 3 days or more ,Using Moisturizer kits to inject Moisturizing liquid and empty all rest ink .
That is best solution to pretect your print head at present .
HOW TO USE Cleaning Liquid ?
The specific usage is as follows:
The rear compartment where the nozzle of the print head of the UV /DTF printer is located also includes the nozzle drive circuit board, so it is necessary to protect the drive circuit board and wrap the rear half of the compartment with the usual plastic wrap.
Firstly , Use Cleaning Liquid for daily maintenance.
Using cleaning cotton swab to dip some cleaning fluid to clean the bottom of the nozzle.
Seconldy , Treatment method for slight plugging:
Step 1: soak
Prepare a small flat plate, place the nozzle flat in the plate, and then pour the special cleaning liquid into the plate. The depth is based on the partial immersion of the nozzle surface. Be careful not to splash water on the cable plug and drive circuit board. The first soaking time is about 3 hours, and it can last for 48 hours when the plug is severe.
Step 2: Nozzle injection pressure flushing
Use a plastic tube of a disposable infusion set, one end is inserted into a 30m1 syringe, the other end is inserted into the nozzle ink inlet hole that needs to be flushed, the cleaning hydraulic pressure in the syringe is injected into the nozzle, and the pressure should not be too high to avoid water squeezing The waterproof isolation glue inside the nozzle is broken. This process needs to be repeated many times until you see a thin water column spraying out from each ink outlet.
In this way, the clogged nozzle is cleaned and dredged.
Important Notice:
Using Soak or injection pressure flushing to Clean Print head requires lots of attention, It is easy to cause man-made damage if a non-professionals replace printhead blindly.
There is a regulation that printhead is not warranty, please do not make commissioning on the machine, and please treat it with caution
