Overview
- Fast printing speed: 6090 printer has two optional print heads；XP600 or TX800, optional XP600 print head, the fastest speed can print 16m² in 1 hour, making your work efficiency one step faster. Up to 3 print heads can be installed, 3 print heads with large platform greatly improves the printing efficiency by 6 times or above. With a negative pressure function of the ink sac, it's a good solution for saving ink and the printing effect will be more delicate.

Due to the strong corrosiveness of the ink and the easy clogging of the nozzle, it is important to clean the printer and drain the ink before returning it.

This will help to prevent any further damage to the printer during shipping.
To make this process easier, we recommend that you contact our engineers for assistance.
They can guide you through the process of cleaning the printer and using a moisturizer to protect it before shipment.
Once the printer has been cleaned and drained, please repack it carefully and return it to us.
If you prefer not to go through this process, we completely understand. and we would be happy to help you find other brand printers.

However, we may not be able to provide the same level of assistance without these tools.

If you prefer not to uninstall Anti-virus software , we completely understand and respect your decision.
In such cases, we suggest trying a different brand of printer for testing purposes before making a final decision.

Warranty Registration
All parts and services of registered orders have a 36-month warranty since purchased date, as long as the ink, consumables and software are from ACHI ( free print head replacement within 3 months)
After-sales policy:
1.Warranty period of 3 years. Parts in contact with ink (or damaged due to ink) are not covered by the warranty (print head, waste ink pump, ink tube, ink cartridge). If the main board is burnt out, it needs to be sent back for repair, and there will be a charge if not returned;
2.Within one month after the customer receives the goods, if other parts are damaged, we are responsible for sending the parts free of charge (including bearing the shipping cost);
3.If the customer feedbacks other damaged parts one month after receiving the goods, we will still bear the cost of replacing the parts and provide online after-sales service, but the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer;
4.If the machine has not been filled with ink and is returned within a week in its original packaging, it can be returned.
If ink has been added and still insist to return the printer , Customer must clean the printer and drain the ink,use a moisturizer to fill 2 nozzles.
