What reason print head of my ACHI A3 UV DTF Printer easily clogged even though do maintenance everyday ?

The print head is expensive and core part of printer , if easily clogged , it leads to hurt your business .

Therefore , It is important to know what reason make print head easily clogged , and how to advoid clogged .

③Some inks have poor defoaming performance, and bubbles will be generated in the ink. Once the bubbles enter the nozzle, it is difficult to come out, leads to print head clogged.

2 Ink tube leakage .
Customer long time use wrong alcohol to do maintenance , especially , Isopropyl alcohol ,it will corrode the ink tubes .

Then it leads to ink leak into mainboard or print head , cause print head burnt , or mainboard burnt , then print head clogged .

The solution is to use ethyl alcohol to do maintenance , Do not use any other alchol to do maintenance to avoid alcohol corrode the ink tubes.
