Color bar is a certain width with all colors, Varnish , and printed on both sides or one side of the A film .
How color bar of ACHI A3 UV DTF printer to protect your nozzle ?
Usually when using ink to print a single-color or not all colors , printing for a long time will cause the surfact of the nozzles of other colors not to be ink-jetted to dry up and cause clogging.
It leads to other colors can not be printed any more when other colors need to be used .
For example , Varnish and white of ACHI A3 UV DTF printer consume more fast than other colors when print .
Red , Yellow , blue ,black do not print all the time , but those inks always stay on the nozzle and dry up , at last cause clogging.
And then software will print color bar of a certain width with all colors, Varnish , and printed on both sides or one side of the A film .
Colors ink will be dry up on the nozzle .
So suggest customers keep on colors bar function .
