What reason caused nozzle status of ACHI UV DTF XP600 Printer not good? How to find the reason ?

Firstly , If mixed color or crack lines in nozzle status diagram of ACHI UV DTF Printer .

It maybe caused by air in the ink path , or waste ink too much to make ink path stuck.

Therefore , Two operations of ACHI UV DTF Printer  need to be done.
1 Extract the varnish sac 5ml
2 extract the varnish 10ml from waste tube
Detailed instrustions as below

If problem can not been solved , below operation need to be done.
3 take a photo the voltage on the software

If Voltage is abnormal ,Please contact our engineers team of ACHI UV DTF Printer

4 Check whether there is a red light on the motherboard,  If red light , It means mainboard damage or wrong cable connections .

5 check whether the ink bag is leaking.
6 whether there is ink at the connection between the varnish nozzle and the cable when taking pictures
